I am a Canadian customer. How do I order a CG-Lock? Orders From Canada must be made through the regional distributor at www.cglockcanada.com

I am an EU customer. How do I order a CG-Lock? Orders From The European Union must be made through the regional distributor at www.cg-lock.co.uk

Is my Credit Card Information safe? Our web store is hosted and processed by Yahoo Shopping, one of the most trusted names in e-commerce.  When your personal information is entered, it is done via SSL. (https) The industry standard for e-commerce transactions.

Do you charge sales tax? Currently we do not collect any state sale taxes. Any incurred tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

How do I register my CG-Lock? We are in the process of updating our web site to allow you to register your CG-Lock. We will e-mail all of our current customers when this service is available.

How do I check the status of my order? Order status is updated when your order is processed. USPS Express Mail tracking information will be provided as soon as we recieve the tracking number. E-mail us at bruce@cg-lock.com to request an update of your order status.

When will my order ship? Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12:00 noon EDT will ship same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EDT will be processed on the next business day.

What types of shipping do you offer? We ship using the following methods:

  • USPS First Class Mail 7-10 day delivery no tracking information available.
  • USPS Priority Mail Service 2-5 day delivery no tracking information available.
  • USPS Express Mail Service. 1-2 day delivery with tracking information.

What does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated when you place your order. Costs incurred are based on the total weight of your order. You will see the calculated shipping costs listed in the price block of your order sheet before your order is submitted.

I have lost a part to my CG-Lock. How do I order a replacement?  Please contact us via e-mail at bruce@cg-lock.com to obtain replacement parts for your CG-Lock.

Will the CG-Lock fit every car? No. The CG-Lock does NOT fit all cars. It does however, fit most cars. The CG-Lock is designed ONLY for use with specific factory-installed (OEM) standard three-point lap/shoulder harnesses. If someone buys a CG-Lock and determines the CG-Lock will not fit their vehicle, they may return the CG-Lock for a full refund (see www.CG-Lock.com for the return instructions).

I have read in web forums that I need a "curved" CG-Lock for my vehicle. How can I get one? Currently we are only shipping curved CG-Locks. Curved CG-Locks provide a better clamping fit to most seat belt tongues.
